NAI Norwood Group is New Hampshire's affiliate of NAI Global. My responsibilities at NAI Norwood Group included the representation of landlords, sellers tenants and buyers. I worked with real estate owners, investors, and developers in the marketing of retail, office, and industrial properties for sale and for lease. Skills learned include canvassing, marketing, showing real estate, arranging site tours, negotiating letters of intent, leases and purchase and sales agreements. Sold or leased over 265,000 square feet of commercial real estate with a combined transaction volume of $14,700,000.

During my four years at Collegiate Entrepreneurs Painting Services I served as a Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Senior Operations.My responsibilities included all aspects of running a small business including marketing, sales, recruitment, interviewing & hiring employees, payroll, job-site management, production management, customer service, and profit management. Served as a consultant to a team of four Senior Branch Managers offering ongoing advice and assistance in regard to important sectors of their branches including marketing, hiring employees, establishing compensation plans for key employees and customer service. During my time at Collegiate Entrepreneurs I generated over $650,000 in revenue, completed over 250 projects from start to finish and currently hold the company record of generating revenue of $230,000 in one summer.
