As a seasoned executive leader, I have extensive experience in healthcare operations with a focus on human resources, operational workflow mapping and leveraging information technology to manage change and ensure efficient and profitable outcomes. I work with clients who have need of mid-to high level administrative support on specific projects or on an ongoing retention basis. I have successfully worked in both private and not-for profit healthcare environments with a focus on Cardiology, Cardiovascular and Vascular Surgery practices in Houston, Texas and Upstate New York. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, I am eager to work with physician groups in need of support. With my time in the board room and in the clinic, I am able to provide insight and experienced on-the-ground leadership on day one.
