Senior Technical Account Manager
CurrentServe as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships and ensuring customer success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any technical issues.Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers, ensuring they are able to fully leverage Alteryx's platform to achieve their business goals.Alteryx Server subject matter expert helping customers resolve issues with Alteryx Server, and provide recommendations for optimal performance and upgrade experience and expertise. Create custom workflows, apps and solutions for a wide variety of end users including server admins to data scientists. These includes Alteryx Server API's utilizing them through Alteryx Designer, Postman and Python. Participate in the the hiring and mentoring technical account managers.Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
