Christopher Pearce has worked in the photographic industry for over ten years, as both a commercial and documentary photographer.He publishes regularly in national mastheads including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Australian Financial Review and The Canberra Times and his work is regularly featured on the covers of Good Food, Qantas and the Australian Bartender magazine.His portraiture work has hung twice in the National Portrait Gallery as a finalist in the National Photographic Portrait Prize. Chris holds postgraduate qualifications from the University of Sydney, including a Masters of Documentary Photography as well as a Bachelor of Design (Photography) from the University of Canberra and Advanced Diploma from the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT). Chris has a passion for education and leads a number of popular workshops for George’s cameras. He has previously been a teaching assistant at the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT).
