• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both Corporate (HR) and Panel (Clinics & Hospitals) clients in Singapore, fostering trust and exceeding expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing ongoing support.
• Proactively promote the HealthMetrics portal to potential clients within both segments, generating interest and scheduling booking appointments for demonstrations within Insurance and Human Capital industry
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they understand the full functionality of the portal specific to their needs (HR vs. Clinic/Hospital).
• Partner with Singapore team to identify client needs and recommend solutions to optimize their use of the HealthMetrics portal.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience for both Corporate and Panel clients.

• Conduct market research to identify key opportunities and challenges within the healthcare industry, focusing on acquiring panels as healthcare partners
• Develop comprehensive growth strategies tailored to target panels' market share and expand HealthMetrics's presence within the corporate sector.
• Identify competitive advantages and differentiation points to position HealthMetrics as the preferred choice for panels and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive clinic acquisition initiatives and achieve market share.
• Work closely with sales team to drive leads and identify prospects' interest in adopting our solution for their employee benefits.
• Develop sales pitch deck, user training guides for better on-boarding both clinics and corporate clients during the pre and post sales process.

• Perform skillful and accurate oropharyngeal (OP), nasal mid-turbinate (OP-MT/OP-NMT). nasopharyngeal swab (NP), Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and Antigen Rapid Test (ART)
• Assist with specimens’ collection
• Adhering strictly to all infection control measures and safety procedures in swab operation
• Explaining swabbing procedure to patient
• Checking of Contra-indications before every swab starts
• Gowning and doffing PPE trained
