Starting as an administrative assistant to the Pastor, my role and responsibilities soon expanded to include duties of the Parish Business/Office Manager for the entire Center.Our primary mission is to provide professional Interfaith Chaplaincy services to LAC+USC Medical Center, and the Keck and Norris Medical Centers. I provided support and assisted management of approximately 30 full and part time staff chaplains, support staff and volunteers.I also assisted the director as over 100 students attended our ACPE Accredited Urban Interfaith Chaplaincy Clinical Pastoral Education Program. We completed our transition to a fully independent center in 2018.Angel Interfaith Network (AIN) was another fully independent 501 (c) 3 which we took on as a program when I began at St Camillus Center. AIN provides neighbor to neighbor support to patients and families with vital needs as they leave the LAC+USC Medical Center.
