Responsibilities:• One of 3 executive directors and a shareholder of group holding company, collectively responsible for the wider growth of the business from 17 staff in a single office, to almost 300 in 5 countries. • Director of companies holding property interests valued at more than $10 billion for a range of clients including listed companies, state pension funds and alternative investment funds. • Responsible for portfolio management of funds holding non-financial assets on the Group’s Luxembourg 3rd party management company platform and chaired investment committees of funds investing more than €1.5 bn in real estate, debt and tech venture capital.• Chaired the Group Risk & Ethics Committee, responsible for oversight of strategic risk.Accomplishments:• Established the group’s real estate offer in 2005, growing this to over $10bn of assets by 2013 and to be a market leader by 2019, generating circa a third of group revenues.• Started Luxembourg office in 2010 and supported it to profitability and €8.5 bn of client assets by 2018, recruiting directors to direct third-party management company and corporate administration units• Regular speaker and panel member at industry events including PERE and ALFI

Guernsey

Responsibilities:Appointed a director of this FTSE Guernsey property fund at IPO in 2006 and also sat on the Audit Committee, which I chaired from 2010. The fund-raised equity annually, increasing its Market Cap from circa £50M at IPO to almost £300M in 2014.Accomplishments:• Introduced an internal audit regime, provided by a third-party firm of accountants reporting directly to me.• Led the change of tax advisors and to a Big 4 firm tasked with investigating the options to convert to a UK REIT. A strategy was put in place with the long-term goal of REIT conversion, which took place in 2017.

Jersey

Notable accomplishments:• Negotiated £109m property facility enabling corporate acquisition of a listed property company• Renegotiated £17m facility for a 30 unit prime residential development in late 2001
