I have recently taken on a new role at Procter & Gamble as a Process Engineer, where I will be responsible for defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication, and building capability for technical troubleshooting and process improvement. In this role, I will lead the identification, prioritization, and elimination of process losses, as well as be responsible for building process capability and control systems.Previously, I was a fifth-year student at North Carolina A&T State University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Design Engineering and Biomechanics. During my time in college I explored how those skills could be applied to medical instruments and prosthetics. Also during my time at A&T, I was an active member of the Biomedical Engineering Society, a Fitness Ambassador for HBCU Strong, and part of many volunteering programs on campus. In my new position at P&G, I am excited to bring my engineering expertise and passion for process improvement to the team, driving innovation and operational excellence.
