I'm a writer/director with 14 years of experience in writing, directing and producing branded content for screens. Most of my work has been film, and photography but I've done professional work in copywriting, web design as well as 2D and 3D animation. In my filmmaking career I've conducted interviews on camera with over 1500 people, shot footage in 40 states and had the opportunity to travel the globe. This has provided me with incredible perspective, and shattered deeply held notions 10 times over. This feeling that I get, the one that shatters notions is the one I try to replicate to the viewer; a perspective shift, no matter how slight, catalyzed through emotional storytelling. I began my career working for several production houses and photography studios in Houston Texas. In 2010 I was offered the opportunity to shoot a documentary in Afghanistan, which I took. This project garnered the interest of several advertising agencies and was the fueled the fire to start a successful commercial film production company, where I was Creative Director for 10 years. Growing this company, I refined my skills in everything from pitching creative concepts to clients, to overseeing the production process from start to finish. This company not only earned the distinction of being one of the most competitive in Houston, being awarded over two dozen Telly awards and even more Addy’s, but was also successful enough to be acquired by Timber Pictures in 2022.Through my extensive experience collaborating with Fortune 500 clients, I have honed the ability to produce highly customized and influential content.
