As the Assistant Manger of the Verizon Wireless Arena; an SMG managed facility, I am oversee a variety of duties. Some of my responsibilities include:Staff Management: Currently overseeing a staff of 15 part time employees. Management of staff includes handling the day to day aspects of scheduling, payroll management, and all hiring and training of Box Office associates. Further duties include the supervision of all staff members to make sure all staff is updated on a continual basis to ensure patrons are given the correct information on all upcoming events. Vendor Relations: Assisting in the build and upkeep of all third party events and concerts in the Ticketmaster Host system. Working with promoters on all aspects of their events including event day management and financial settlements. Customer Service: First point of contact for all patrons who may express concern. Assists each client, on the individual basis, to correct any and all issues that may have occurred; including incorrect payments, re-locations, and working through third party ticketing issues.

The WNBA's Connecticut Sun is one of the league's premier teams who plays their home games at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Eastern Connecticut.As an Account Executive, I was tasked with the responsibility of helping spread the brand of Sun basketball to sports enthusiasts across the region. In addition to conducting group and package sales, additional responsibilities included helping facilitate community events and providing the highest level of customer service.
