CurrentWe design, build and operate all types of leisure, adventure and recreation projects for our clients. We are vertically integrated and take projects from concept through to completion, and into ongoing operation. We are really proud of our processes, they have worked well since 1978.Project definition is the critical first stage, working out the business model, feasibility, components, design, theme and funding requirements for new projects. When a project is defined, we do all the detailed design work in house ready to go to site, our development teams then manage the construction of the projects whilst our operations team monitor the project all the way through to ensure it will be operationally efficient and gear it up for opening and beyond. We don’t have to do all the phases of a project, we quite often find ourselves consulting to projects providing advice on how to structure businesses, what components to include, helping put financial models together, evaluating operations to help improve the bottom line and providing recommendations for future expansions.Since 1978 we have only focused on leisure, adventure and recreation projects, therefore, we work successfully on projects such as Surf Parks, Bike Parks, Ski Resorts and Visitor Attractions. We have offices in Whistler, New Zealand, UK, USA and Australia thereby allowing us to manage projects in all corners of the Globe effectively.
