Provide a diversified array of services to governmental and private sector clients including legal counsel and negotiation, program monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance and assessment, and commercial and residential real estate financing and development. Negotiated a 150 million dollar financing agreement for the conversion of a 750 unit cooperative. Financed the transition of more than two thousand co-op to condo transfers. Established a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation to initiate creative partnering between the public and private sectors to foster economic development. Served as in-house counsel for a multi-state financial services company. Assisted in the development and launch of a high-technology start up.

Founded and built a mortgage brokerage corporation originating more than a quarter of a billion dollars in mortgages each year. The corporation experienced more than an 800% increase in revenue and employment during my tenure and grew from 2 employees in a single location into 60 employees in numerous offices in three states. Hired, trained and mentored more than 20 employees. One of the pioneers in the utilization of Fannie Mae's automated origination and underwriting system. Chaired the committee that drafted and successfully lobbied for the passage of Mississippi's first ever mortgage licensing law. Divested my interest for double the present value.

Co-founder of a law firm specializing in governmental, corporate and real estate law. Negotiated, financed and created numerous real estate developments Certified by the Mississippi Supreme Court as a mediator and arbitrator.

Formulated and implemented all aspects of the state Republican Party. Responsible for all strategic, financial and personnel aspects of the Party's operations. Worked on dozens of campaigns at the local, State and national levels, including recruiting a record number of candidates for office. Assisted in organizing the 1994 Republican Congressional landslide. In 2007, worked at the McCain Presidential campaign national headquarters in virtually every political area, including fund-raising, finance, voter I.D. and voter turnout.

Served as the State of Mississippi's negotiator and author of the Tribal-State Gaming Compact with the Choctaw Indians. Developed and implemented the gubernatorial judicial nominating process. Governor's Liaison to the Legislative Committee that created Mississippi's first Court of Appeals. Governor's Designee on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority and the Appalachian Regional Commission. Chaired the Department of Defense Finance & Accounting Center Project.

Responsible for monitoring NASA appropriations and assisting the Senator during committee meetings and on the Senate floor. During this period, the Senator was Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee and President Pro Tem of the Senate.
