When I founded FEG Global in 2004, I wanted to develop a brand and reputation that is valued because we solve problems others can’t. As a former elite rugby player, I’m still driven by the feeling of achievement team sport provides and the belief that if you do the right things the results will follow – and that’s the approach I’ve taken in business too.
