Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, San Antonio office as a staff action officer for Headquarters staff of the 67th Network Warfare Wing, building deliverables that enable the client to effectively plan, program and manage the Aerospace Expeditionary Force (AEF) readiness and employment of over 1000 personnel in 23 units located across the globe. Develops and implements training materials to ensure all 150 program monitors, 23 commanders and 46 alternate approvers located in geographically separated units are trained quarterly, semi-annually and annually to attain adequate skills and performance competencies. Manage the Wing’s readiness reporting programs including Global Status of Resources and Training (GSORTS), Enhanced Status of Resources and Training (ESORTS), and AEF Reporting Tool (ART) by skillful application of Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Resource Assessment System Input Tool (RAS-IT), and Microsoft ACCESS databases (Full time, over 40hrs per week).
