Chariton Hills offers credits to offset habitat impacts throughout the state of Missouri.With more than 20 years of experience managing real estate services for transmission, generation and renewable projects, I’ve managed and negotiated the transfer of millions of dollars of fee simple, leasehold, easement and other types of rights in real property. Through my experience, I’ve gained an in-depth understanding of real estate law and a thorough understanding of the nuances of property-rights negotiation. I led the Stakeholder Management Solutions (SMS) team at Burns & McDonnell for 7 years. Our SMS team manages all activities related to public involvement, land acquisition, community relations and land use planning/zoning in support of large capital projects, such as pipelines, electrical transmission lines and roadways.Burns & McDonnell is a 100% employee-owned firm where each professional brings an ownership mentality to our projects.
