I write speculative fiction, including paranormal, mythica, historical fantasy and science fictions, as well as mash up genres. Managed business operations for 600 person global telecom infrastructure product development business unit. Responsible for business systems and tools; risk analysis and modelling; business case analysis; the PMO (Program Management Office); P&L oversight; contracts; as well as managed the Industrialization; and Design Supply Chain; all on global basis, with operations / customers on four continents.

Created and managed new product development group to bring innovative new products into high volume manufacturing for industry leading customers. Highly successful general manager with full site and P&L responsibility for a 100+ person technical team. Executed a business / mission turn-around of an unprofitable, unfocused division. Responsible for new product development including electrical and mechanical design, DVT, test devopment, NPI, tooling, industrialization, and prototyping.
