About Jenney Loper

I started my journey in manufacturing when I was just 6 years old, working as 'free labor' in my dad's machine shop. As I was learning to read, he also taught me how to read drawings and what I would come to understand as "line balancing". I also had the benefit of meeting many inventors, which sparked my own interest in bringing people's ideas to life. These early experiences fueled my interest in developing new products, transitioning them from development into manufacturing, and intuitively applying lean manufacturing techniques in repetitive processes. My career has also followed these paths and I've held positions in every phase of product development: research - development - testing- validating - manufacturing - quality - supplier management - logistics. In my current role at Zebulon Solutions, I bring over 2 decades of experience in product development and operations to successfully guide companies through prototype and early production into scalable growth to support increasing sales. Since I spent several years as a quality engineer, I help our clients resolve on-going or crisis situations in quality, delivery, and communication issues with suppliers. If you have a product idea or want to streamline the steps to get to manufacturing, let's grab coffee and discuss your vision. Send me a note to connect!
