Lead the Taiwan qPCR/CE FAS team to support research, clinical, and all other relative applications customers.

。Main focus on supporting the HID business in SEA and Taiwan.。HID NGS superuser (tier 1 & 2 support/escalate) for APJ region.。HID Rapid DNA analysis superuser for SEATw region.。Support CE (Sanger sequencing & fragment analysis), qPCR (real-time PCR), and NGS platform/applications in TW.。Lead Taiwan qPCR & CE discussion group meeting to provide better support for customers.。Be the Coach of Trainer Development Program (train the trainer program) for Taiwan field application support team to provide professional customer training.。SFDC superuser to manage the dashboard and provide data analysis.

。Manage Team Cross function training in 2014-2015 to build up more efficient teamwork.。Help to launch and accomplish the first & second HID Professional Service case in Taiwan.。Successfully build up CE backup system by conducting product and application trainings during 2015. 。Planning and executing cooperation with sales team to drive HID business growth over 10% in 2015.
