I am a Manager to 3-4 employees per shift focusing on team building, inclusion, efficiency, and accuracy. My position also involved training new employees to make certain there is consistency through the store of working habits and to prepare the new employees for busy shifts. I Worked in multiple locations, focusing on stock management, good communication and ensuring a consistent customer experience between branches.

I am an Irish step dance teacher for ages 4 to 16 ranging from private classes to larger groups. Assisted in teaching new material, working on old material, and encouraged students during tough classes. Extensive patience, attention to detail and enthusiasm are required to be successful in this position.

-Support Fund Administration agile squads through various tasks including-Attending daily stand-up meetings-Attending bi-weekly refinement, sprint planning, retrospective, and review meetings-Working with our Agile tracking tool, Jira, to help to keep the teams’ single backlog organized and updated appropriately-Working with manager & mentor to create Jira reports & dashboards to report to all stakeholders-Work with manager & mentor to develop front-end to Excel-based File Inventory-Develop and post to Sharepoint content showcasing team accomplishments-Other duties as assigned

- Perform quarterly reviews of transaction processing, business processes, etc. to ensure internal departments are complying with JHSS policies, federal securities regulations, and tax laws- Handle Regulatory Compliance department tasks within established guidelines for quality and timeliness under the close supervision of a senior team member- Perform daily reviews of potential John Hancock customers and non-customers to ensure compliance with the OFAC and other government watch lists- Completion of the IRS W-9 quarterly audit for the compliance team- Assisted with abandoned property account research; Locating lost shareholders and finding their correct addresses
