As an employee of NHS Trafford CCG, I held a multifaceted role encompassing a range of responsibilities. In particular, I managed the organization's social media channels, utilizing Hootsuite and Google Analytics to analyze engagement and produce engaging content for our audience. In addition, I worked closely with Accountable Officers and the Medical Director to craft blog content highlighting the latest developments and initiatives within the organization.As part of my role, I coordinated engagement events that brought patients and clinicians in Trafford together, liaised with media outlets to create impactful press releases, and managed the public-facing website and staff intranet. As an apprentice at Trafford Council, I had the opportunity to take on a diverse range of responsibilities. One of my primary roles was to coordinate multiple social media accounts, each with over 10,000 followers. This involved creating engaging content and ensuring that it was posted at the optimal time to reach the widest possible audience.I also worked on coordinating content using bespoke design software, allowing me to develop my creative skills and create visually appealing content for various departments within the council. In addition, I was responsible for producing web content and building analytical reports to monitor the performance of our digital channels.Finally, I was involved in building SEO for several council departments. This allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to optimize web content for search engines, ensuring that it was easily discoverable by our target audience.I have also actively participated in the Greater Manchester Apprenticeship Ambassador program, where I was presented with the opportunity to engage with students, organizations, and local politicians, discussing my valuable experience as an apprentice.

Whilst at University I was involved in a project working with a student who was completing his Music Journalism Master’s Degree. The agency we worked with was based in the West Midlands and they specialised in the Public Relations of electronic music artists many of whom had already established themselves in their industry. My colleague would handle the administration and client management services and I would handle the production of content and creative aspect of their digital media portfolios. Through this enterprise we traveled to a variety of different venues and festivals across the British Isles providing digital media coverage.
