I managed the utilities facilities engineers of 4 factories in different locations and 2 maintenance engineers in the center facility.I was the first utilities engineer of company so i shared my knowledge and experience with new utilities engineers and i managed them.We started to made maintenance schedule with maintenance engineers. And upload them to ERP system with ERP system engineer and maintenance engineer.
