Role as an HCC Risk Adjustment Coder, assigning ICD-10-CM codes to link to clinical diagnoses of serious acute and/or chronic conditions. Based upon various projects and strict adherence to HIPPA, I targeted various formats of Blind, Open Suspect, and AIER charts, for production coding. During the course of my contract, bi-monthly assessments were administered to achieve metrics of 95% accuracy and completeness, as an expectation of coding practices.
