Support attorney with legal research and document management in preparation for civil and criminal trials. Schedule and conduct client, witness, and attorney interviews in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials. Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and Chapter 13 Plans as needed. Draft and file legal documents and affidavits, along with reports and correspondence, in civil and criminal matters. Communicate with all parties to a case to include Trustee, Judge, opposing counsel, and clients. Summarize depositions, interrogatories, testimony, and case facts.

Responsible for formatting and finalizing various legal documents including diverse pleadings, filed with courts of all levels. Communicating with various officials and individuals over phone and email, processing incoming/outgoing legal documents, creating case files, organizing case files, scanning, filing and administrative scheduling for attorneys and coordinated conferences and meetings between attorneys and other parties. Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Power Point, West Law, Best Case, and Lexus Nexus.
