Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables for both companies, ALL administrative details with new hires (documentation for payroll, medical, group RRSP, etc), tranfered both companies from manual invoicing to Simply Accounting program, trained all personnel to use Simply, banking, deal with insurance agent for Proof of Insurance for clients, handle all Safety Compliance documentation, responsible for special billing procedures for L.E. Whittaker with regards to large refinery customer. Process product returns & customer credits, handle all billing issues

Publish weekly bulletins & PowerPoint for Sunday services, process mail, and various forms & letters for regular church business, publish Annual Report for yearly meeting. Create posters & signage for various events & activities offered at the church.
