Responsible for leading the design and engineering of Lumen's highly complex global internet backbone to deliver products and services, inclusive of higher offerings such as our Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) in partnership with our architecture teams. My position has a direct impact on revenue generation, operational efficiencies, certification of new routers, switches, software releases and overall performance. As well, the associated systems and developers required to provide an automated customer provisioning experience.
