• Provide one on one tailored support to employee’s placed in employment, ensuring sustainability to achieve employment outcomes at 4, 12, and 26 week milestones. • Collect, collate, and package evidence to Outcome Specialist, to be assessed and determine if an eligible outcome payment may be lodged. • Liaise and collaborate with employers to address any issues within the workplace that may be impacting the employee’s ability to perform their duties and facilitate mediation as required. • Record data retrieved from mentoring conversations with employees into cloud-based record management system and Department’s I.T systems. • Work collaboratively with team members to support our employees, assess, and mitigate risk to ensure the employee remains in sustainable employment.• Determining viability of employment placements and forecasting the achievable outcome payments each month to ensure budget is obtained. • Ability to assess, calculate and lodge employment outcomes in accordance with jobactive guidelines through the Department’s I.T systems to generate revenue.

Facilitating pre-employment training to prepare future employees to become job ready by acknowledging existing skills and learning how best to highlight these skills to perspective employers in a proactive professional manner, in addition educating future employees on changes to industries practices, trends and providing them with the tools and knowledge to empower themselves to gain sustainable employment. • Co-ordinate all aspects of the Geared 2 work/Work Preparation & Employment Readiness Programs including workshop delivery, utilising the activity diary to book, notify future employees, mark attendance and utilise compliance framework as needed. • Work collaboratively with team members to support our future employees to remain engaged with My Pathway to obtain sustainable employment. • Ensure a consistent number of job prepared future employees are available to be referred to employment opportunities• Perform all duties in an effective and timely way including forward planning each week of training. • Assisting the Business Development Officer with reverse marketing job prepared future employees and empowering future employees to research employers and perform cold canvassing calls for themselves.• Assisting future employees to apply for positions and provide mentoring on resume development, cover letters, selection criteria and interview techniques.

Providing individualised support through case management to future employees to gain sustainable employment. • Provide customer service via workforce development consultant position. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all employment, support services, education and training providers are identified to support our future employees to remain engaged with My Pathway to obtain sustainable employment. • Develop personalised job plans for future employees and ensure they are reviewed at every contact to reflect the current circumstances of the future employee. • Ensure all contractual requirements are met, including timely recording of file notes and resulting appointments in ESS.• Work with future employees to update resumes and prepare job applications for relevant employment opportunities • Maintain and monitor future employee’s engagement in mutual obligation activities.• Maintain attendance records for future employees.• Build rapport and uphold excellent relationships with future employees. • Book appointments and pro-actively organise each day’s procedures.• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to all policies and procedures within the Organisation and the Department of Employment.
