CurrentThe Entrepreneur’s Source’ (TES) primary role is that of coach and educator/consultant. I help clients define and look objectively at their needs, goals, and expectations. I work with them to create a profile of the attributes a business model would require to fit their objectives. I introduce them to new business options they might never have seen, and provide a safe, no pressure and thoughtful process to gather and analyze the information they need to make a good decision.The first focus is educational and consists of building the profile of the clients’ personal objectives, skills, and resources. It also includes providing key information on the pros and cons of different business models. This is an interactive process with focus on the client’s individual tools for success. This interaction is most often done over the phone. It is designed to help people come to clarity about the question of business or franchise ownership.The second step, for those who feel that business investment may be a viable direction, involves looking at business/franchise options and validating the compatibility of these options with my client’s goals. This is where the data gathering process and comparison occurs. I work with the client acting as their advocate, facilitator and coach throughout the process, providing continuing education and direction.
