I am a highly skilled professional in the area of employee relations, compensation and recruitment. I have been in management for over 23 years and with the company for 33 years. I am part of the Senior Staff which consists of the 2 Owners and 5 Senior Managers. We meet weekly to go over financials and to discuss the hot topic issues. I work independently in a fast paced environment. I am a self starter who appreciates high standards and a professional culture. To touch on some basics, we run an organization of 100+ employees and 8 locations. I perform the ongoing benefit administration for the entire company. Duties include developing company-wide benefit programs, including a comprehensive Medical plan including HRA & HSA plans, Prescription Drug plan. Dental plan, Life Insurance plan, 401K, FSA and Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability plans. Duties also include managing other benefit open enrollment programs and ongoing educational programs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring company’s defined contribution plan with regard to vesting schedules and employer funding. Ensure legal compliance, facilitate employee income deferral program along with company’s matching contribution. Conducting HR Audits with various outside entities to ensure compliance with the law to identify if there may be any risk areas. Learning the vital facts of the ACA law, and evaluate the results of the reporting as we execute our ACA plan.
