Oversaw the planning and development of product and service initiatives designed to enhance the brand position and guest experience. This included leading multiple projects that focused on brand service, culture, product and standards. Key initiatives included the launch of the Embassy Suites Design Option III and the strategy and launch of the brand culture.

Also, was instrumental in capital decisions and the refinancing of the property.

Part of the initial management team that was on property to transition the hotel team to the new management and ownership group. This include directing the sales, guest service and housekeeping departments.

Gaithersburg, Md

Was part of a collaboration between STS and IBM to install the Encore, point of sale system, into all Holiday Inns, in North America. This included the on-site set-up, training and support.

Deerfield Beach, Fl

Responsible for all aspects of managing this oceanfront property. This included providing direction to the department managers, overseeing the sales and marketing efforts, working the the F&B operator and meeting the financial objectives of the hotel.

Assisted the General Manager in operating this oceanfront property. This included leading the guest service, housekeeping and complimentary services departments.
