The Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is the single logistics center for the Coast Guard surface fleet, providing engineering, maintenance, supply, and technical information services to 242 cutters and over 1,800 boats stationed throughout the United States. The SFLC core workforce is comprised of approximately 1,800 employees geographically distributed across the U.S., with approximately 600 civilians, 550 military and 50 reservists, augmented by some 300 contractors. The CG Yard, a subordinate command, has an additional workforce of over 650 people.

Managed large industrial repair facility responsible for maintenance and repair of 8 cutters, 34 boats, 230K sqft of office/industrial space in 81 buildings on 7 bases valued at $52M.

Program Manager (PM) for high risk prototypes in the area of Naval Engineering. PM, Patrol Craft Experimental (PCX-150) program: $32M ship with one-piece 150-ft vaccum formed composite hull. PM, NEXGEN PC program: $16M composite patrol craft utilizing hybrid propulsion and lifting body technology to improve hydrodynamic efficiency.
