At Hopelab we build mental-health digital tools that improve the lives of teens. It is part social innovation lab and part investment fund, and together these pieces fuel exploration, testing, and impact. Through systems thinking, human-centered design, and motivational science we are able to tackle challenges that have outsized impact potential. The ILN was a one-year project funded by a grant that continued on for 15 years. Its mission was to connect healthcare organizations, design firms, and foundations to share innovation knowledge and build a thriving network of transformers. Driven by the principles of Open Space Technology and Liberating Structures, it bridged the gap between leaders (mission and vision) and doers (operations) for greater overall impact.-Built and led a novel healthcare innovation consortium of 40+ international healthcare organizations, design firms, and foundations to share/learn/connect on healthcare innovation efforts. -Designed and convened in-person conferences, virtual learning, and other events for healthcare executives and innovators.-Coached healthcare executives on innovation and design
