I hold an MBA and Master's in International Policy, and am an alumnus of the Presidential Management Fellows program. I have a broad base of experience including customer service, electronics maintenance, program management, and personnel management. I have lived and worked on both the East and West coasts, as well as internationally in Brazil. I have a strong sense of citizenship and have dedicated years of my life to volunteer service and to serving in the United States Marine Corps, Army Reserve, and Navy Reserve.My past experience includes: sales with Air Force International Affairs; policy implementation at Air Force Strategic Basing; technology evaluation at the #1 ranked technology transfer office in the country, Utah TVC; product management with inContact, regarded as a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for completeness of vision and ability to execute within the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry; supply-chain logistics for the United States Navy; civil-military liaison in the United States Army; and personnel management in the United States Marine Corps. My unique educational background positions me to be an especially effective member of any team. My BA in English has enabled me to communicate clearly and concisely across a variety of media and to make persuasive arguments for businesses. My MBA has further developed my business skills and given me broad exposure to various business functions, increasing my ability interface across all facets of an organization.
