CJ Steadman is a second generation financial advisor, investing from a young age under thetutelage of his father and Steadman Wealth Management founder, Corey Steadman. Today, CJleads business development for Steadman Wealth Management. Beyond businessdevelopment, Mr. Steadman focuses on macroeconomic trends and global capital markets.Additionally, Mr. Steadman specializes in equity and alternative investment strategies,specifically hedge funds private equity, and real estate.Prior to joining Raymond James in 2018, Mr. Steadman began as a financial advisor with UBSin 2012. Previously, Mr. Steadman worked as a political consultant, leading campaigns forpresidential candidates Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain. He was an officer of the2012 Republican National Convention and also worked under the leadership of Pam Bondiduring her tenure as Attorney General of Florida.A Tampa native, Mr. Steadman graduated from Berkeley Preparatory School and went on toSouthern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, where he graduated with a degree in CorporateCommunications & Public Affairs and Finance. Mr. Steadman is an active member of thecommunity and currently serves as the Chairman of Florida for the Society of InternationalBusiness Fellows (SIBF), Membership Chair for the University of Tampa Board of Fellows,Board member of the Tampa Yacht & Country Club, and President of the SMU Tampa BayAlumni Chapter. He is a graduate of SIBF Leadership Academy, Leadership Tampa Bay andMayor’s Neighborhood University and a member of the University of Tampa FinancialAmbassadors, Association for Corporate Growth, and Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla.
