Monitor sales of current skus, rationalising poor sellers, looking at gaps in the existing range and market trends to develop NPD. Value NPD opportunity. Manage agencies to develop packaging and integrated launch plan including demonstration videos. • Driving the U-Can brand. I instigated the re-design and update of the U-Can website www.ucan.tv . Ensuring it was mobile, tablet and pc enabled, with easy to navigate functionality. Each product page has a ‘buy’ button linked to DIY.com which are tracked to measure intention to buy, average 2,100 clicks per month.• Developed a social media strategy to encourage engagement in U-Can and push consumers to ucan.tv. Average of 300 clicks per month from FB posts.• Working with customers including B&Q, Homebase, Wickes and independent builder’s merchants, to drive sales in stores.
