Completed the Graduate Rotation Scheme within Ford in the three following roles:- Upper Body Structures D&R Engineer- Product Planning Analyst - Innovation Lab Coordinator

As a member of the Ramsholt Arms bar/waiting staff I had to be able to communicate well with the general public, being able to take/process orders, solve any issues, collect bills - while coming across as friendly and willing to help. I also had to be able to work well with the rest of the staff when it came to taking orders out, making sure I knew what food I was carrying and to which table I was taking it. With food order numbers reaching averagely up to two hundred, I had to be able to work under pressure, trying to deliver a good service but also quick service helping to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

During my time as member of the Woodhall team I became an active member of the staff generally in a team of 5-9 people, covering many different roles including the organising, laying the main banqueting suite in wedding preparation as well as sorting drinks, serving canapés, directly interacting guests during the day along with being a member of the food service line, cleardown team and working as a member of the evening bar staff. As the venue was Silver Service, attention to detail in my work was essential, especially when under pressure delivering high end service to a wedding of ninety to one hundred guests.

As an Avon Representative I organized all of the ordering of products online, collection and banking of the funds and general management of the sales, including the delivery and collection of the brochures. I also had to have some understanding of the products which were in the brochures to be able to answer any questions my customers may have had. Working for Avon allowed me to maintain and improve my business and organizational skills. I had to deal with my customers face-to-face and over the phone, all of which I found by myself, by door-to-door brochure delivery and by promoting myself within my school, to peers and teachers. I believed in having a positive and friendly attitude towards customers in order to build good customer relations - and still do.
