I established Parrish Adams Interior Design in 2002 in order to offer a luxury bespoke turnkey design service for residential properties, private offices and property development having studied Interior Design.I began my career in finance, having attained a 2:1 BA Hons in Business & Management studies and spent one year training in house with a boutique investment bank, within the asset management private client sector. Here I learnt to improve my financial, leadership and interpersonal skills. However, a stronger desire to use my creative side along with a love of furnishings, urged me to embark upon an Interior Design career and I have successfully run my own company for 20 years. We featured on the House and Garden List directory, within the top tier of professionals in London. Running a creative enterprise has deepened my understanding of managing stress, and finding balance.We have designed for Six Senses Courchevel, Westminster, and 15 St James Square.

I worked as a psychotherapist offering short term therapy at Putney Mead Medical Centre, NHS GP.I work with adults and adolescents using an Integrative humanistic approach, incorporating Mindfulness, CBT and Trauma models.

Kingston, London

I worked for 4 years at KWC offering long term Integrative therapy. Originally this was open ended, after 2 years the centre changed to a 2-year program. My clients were all female and often with a history of complex trauma. I also worked for a year as an assessor for the centre.

Holland Park, London

I worked within this Design Atelier as an assistant on luxury residential interiors, from planning to installation. Projects ranged from a Marylebone townhouse, to a Bermudan estate, Parisian pied -a-terre and Asprey’s of Bond Street. I also ran the showroom in Clarendon Cross in 2002.
