As a clinical team lead and psychotherapist at Khiron Clinics, I provide trauma-informed care for clients with complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. I use evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, neurofeedback, somatic bodywork, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory to help clients regulate their nervous system, resolve trauma, and create healthy relationships. I also supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinicians to deliver high-quality services and outcomes.I have over 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist, working integratively and adapting my approach to each individual client. I am a fully qualified and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I hold a BA Hons in Business and Finance and an Interior Design Diploma. I have a background as an entrepreneur, running a successful design company for 25 years, which has informed my therapy skills relating to professional development, leadership, and stress management. My mission is to help clients heal from past pain and move forward with confidence and resilience.
