I have been working as a mental health nurse for 16 yrs and specialise in adult acuten forensic and CAMHS. I have worked to service manager and clinical lead level with over 9 yrs experience in senior management. I have to my CV worked and succeeded in getting a hospital out of special measures with a good for care and opened a new PICU including operational protocol writing. I have extensive experience in transformational change having implemented and led on the delivery of electronic care records in one of the biggest NHS trusts in the country. I have the knowledge ans skills to support hospitals in improving care standards and delivery of patient care within hospital or community setting. Most recently I have been working as a ward manager on a brand new female personality disorder/ eating disorder unit which has been challenging and interesting but am now starting my new phase as service manager
