I am a mental health nurse with over 20 years experience in adult acute, forensic and camhs. I have 14yrs senior management experience as a service manager, ward manager and clinical lead within mental health. I have to my CV led on a number of large transformation projects .I specialise in trouble shooting, quality and governance and supporting services to improve practice, service delivery and development of care models as well as leading on project plans and whole service Redesign. I have done this within the NHS transforming CaMHs and adult teams, service and pathways as well as worked and actively contributed to a hospital the private sector in supporting services with cqc improvements, opening new units including writing models of care and operational protocols. I specialise in transformation, trouble shooting and improving care standards along with building and developing nursing teams and standards in line with key lines of enquiry and service need.I am currently service manager for adult community MH working on the NHS adult community transformation as well as service manager for Ph/SMI and rough sleeper mental health as set out in the LTP .
