I also deliver face to face, hybrid and online training courses. A huge and natural contribution of my role is to analyse the learning needs of participants, define clear learning objectives, select appropriate instructional methods and materials, and design assessments and user guides to measure learning outcomes. I carefully structure the content and also create online modules incorporating interactive elements, multimedia, and technology to enhance learner engagement and understanding. I evaluate and revise the training programs based on feedback and data, striving to optimize the learning process and ensure participants' success in acquiring and applying new knowledge and skills.A key part of my area also involves contributing to the enhancement of training and assessment policies, systems, procedures, and documents.I provide advice on best practice and knowledge to continuously improve training design practices. Evaluating and adapting existing curriculum and learning materials to support Pre-Press & Multimedia requirements.4. Editing and proof reading materials to ensure compliance with editorial standards and requirements.5.
