● WHO AM I ● I am passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives by inspiring and engaging them to be a part of a bigger community. ● WHAT I DO ● As a student in leadership, I am focused on gaining knowledge, learning new skills and experiences that I can use to help others. As a leader, I am using my skills to teach, solve problems, and connect with different cultures and communities. During my summer internship, I was the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for CPI Twin Cities, where we coached and advised job seekers and leaders. We focused on providing successful outplacement and leadership development strategies. I managed social media marketing, facilitated customer service and led special projects. ● GIVING BACK - GLOBAL EDUCATION AND HELPING UNDERSERVED ● With a passion for international business and those less fortunate, I volunteered for YWAM in Mexico, where we built soccer fields and homes. In Barcelona, Minneapolis and Iowa City I served food for our homeless friends and supported them with services to help them to improve their lives. ● I LOVE LEADING AND SOLVING PROBLEMS ● As a former Student Government Class Representative, DECA, GLADD member, basketball and soccer player, I experienced the importance of team building, leadership, collaboration and understanding of others situations. ● WHAT'S NEXT ● I will be seeking a business, sales, marketing communications, or promotions management position with a company or nonprofit organization in the Greater Twin Cities area after I graduate in the spring of 2019 where I can contribute to an organization’s positive culture and growth. ● CONTACT ● clarecavalier@gmail.com
