Prior to founding Margaret Butler Associates, Peg served as the Chief HR Officer at AllinaHealth in Minneapolis, MN. Through her leadership AllinaHealth introduced a Human Resources model that was recognized nationally for its efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, Peg designed and supported system-wide change efforts that resulted in new models of service delivery, streamlined business operations, and cost reductions. Key to these efforts was partnering with individual leaders to expand their learning edge and building greater capacity to lead their organization.Peg did not intentionally start out to become an executive coach, but evolved into coaching. Her early experiences collaborating with executives through organizational change provided unique insight into the leadership skills and behaviors required to fully engage individuals and teams to transform the organization.
