I have worked in the education sector for over twenty years and have held middle and senior leadership roles for the last fifteen years. I have worked in mainstream and special education as well as for the local authority.I have experience of working with a wide range of children and adults from different backgrounds with a diverse range of needs. I am adaptable and can balance complex and demanding situations whilst working to tight deadlines. I tailor my communication skills to meet the varying needs of learners, parents and professionals. I have significant experience in multi agency working and I work collaboratively with partners to problem solve and meet outcomes both at an individual and agency level. I have extensive experience of training adults alongside teaching children.
