I was Head Chef for 16 years..working for a few contract catering companies over the time...fairfield catering...sodexho..compass..ect National Grid training site has a 60 bedroom lodge for all staff and students. We did breakfast for the 60 residents from a full english, cereal, and continental. Lunch service was open to not only the residents but the site staff, offices , so we could provide up to about 250+ meals daily.Evening meal was for 60 residents..this was from a menu of 3 courses. We often did hospitality too. Also functions, the best one was for 350 in a marquee aswel as normal services . a very high standard function... got some great photos from it...will have to find them out😊I also did extra training here too...level 3 management and hospitality. aswel as a huge amount of others..too many to list. Worked along side the executive chef for the company when doing functions. Got some great advice aswel for my cakes i make....🎂overall a great job and great experience
