I offer one to one coaching, mental conditioning, and, skills training to optimise performance and learning without sacrificing mental health or well being.I have over 23 years of experience working with elite athletes and senior leaders - people with decades of service, and, new emerging talent - all leading minds in their field. I draw on findings from cutting-edge neuroscience, principles from quantum physics, non linear dynamics, rhizomatics, NLP, clinical hypnosis, advanced linguistics, embodied cognition, and, traditional and Buddhist psychology.The work I do recodes the reflexive thoughts, emotions, and, behaviours that dictate performance, well being and mental health, that are usually thought of as outside conscious control.
