The successful implementation of activities resulted in over a million dollars in savings in the first year. As a Project Leader for a major entertainment company, successfully managed Y2K compliance and documentation for all systems in the resort networkAs a National Project Manager for a large petroleum company, responsible for the implementation of complex network migrations and Point-Of-Sale and Payment systems rollout (7,000 locations) with integrated ATM transaction processing. Coordinated and managed a staff of programmers, system engineers and field network installation technicians, allocating resources and providing necessary management which resulted in savings of 1.2 million dollars over a six-month period. As an Information Systems Consultant for various clients and projects, performed a variety of roles, from programming, to technical design of WAN/LAN systems, telecom, ERP, CRM, and ECM systems across the enterprise.
