Proactively manage the firm's vendor renewals, while successfully serving as the single point of contact for vendor and procurement management, which involves accurately tracking vendor usage and performance, managing vendor relationships, and managing and tracking contracts to drive cost savings for the firm using Contract Safe, as well as keeping finance updated on changes. This involves working closely with all department managers to renew contracts at the best rate, as well as following the due diligence to on-board and terminate/change vendors when necessary.

Provided support to 3 leading executives heading up the Enterprise Shape Management group, the Investment Banking group, and the Client Analytics group. Provided knowledgeable assistance to the head of the Enterprise Shape Management group in areas of on boarding and invoicing clients, updating salesforce data with client/prospect information, creating shared reports and dashboards in Salesforce to help manage the ESM pipeline, and organized meetings for sales team leads. In addition to coordinating meetings, I supported Investment Banking MDs with financial reports used for prospect meetings/presentations. Supported the Client Analytics group by organizing several firmwide webinars per year provided for our clients and prospects, which helped drive sales and new clients.
