As President at Prime Communications, he took hold of an acquired portfolio of severely underperforming stores and rapidly led them to record sales and profits. These efforts led AT&T to name Prime its #1 chain in the Western US, literally a worst-to-first transformation. Chris sharply boosted profits across all company locations coast-to-coast, and built the SalesOps infrastructure that successfully tripled the company's footprint in less than 3 years, with most stores added to the portfolio via M&A.Chris collectively has over 20 years’ experience serving as President or Managing Partner of numerous businesses in retail, consumer services, international business, and manufacturing. He has led aggressive turnarounds of distressed businesses, helping them rejuvenate their sales teams and boost revenue in the face of adverse market conditions or deteriorating performance. Originally from Philadelphia and now in California, Chris is a highly engaged member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), serving as Regional Chair of YPO Pacific US, and previously as the 2-term Chairman of the YPO Orange County Chapter. During his tenure as Chapter Chairman, YPO Orange County was recognized with the #1 Rating Worldwide – out of 400 chapters across the globe. He earned a PhD and MA from the University of Southern California.
