Lead payroll team in processing payrolls for 500+ domestic and international staff members. Evaluate and analyze corporate payroll expense to provide ongoing business trends of our workforce. Specific focus on corporate benefit programs with proven success in streamlining internal processes, implementing heartier benefits programs to meet our team's needs.

Directly work with Controller on corporate, payroll and departmental budgets. Manage department of 10 responsible for all aspects of A/R, A/P, payroll, purchasing, petty cash, and monthly closing. Maintain parent and subsidiaries cash flow and monthly reconciliation. Monitor corporate debt, investment balances, and reconciliations. Reconcile and review.

Oversee company’s revenue health and billing procedure. Prepare corporate cost margin reports. Oversee daily cash flow and reconciliation. Interview, hire, train and manage Receivables staff. Resolve escalated client issues. Address both state and country corporate tax related questions and obligations.

Manage daily operations of sales staff related to leads, contractual proposal and submissions, and commission compensation. Review internal report submission. Implement and maintain work flow procedures.

Manage and guide responsibilities of payroll preparation and processes. Maintain relationships with federal, state & local tax agencies. Perform plan administrative responsibilities for corporate retirement plan. Implement and oversee necessary payroll system maintenance. Direct and review payroll general ledger reconciliation.

Responsible for all necessary activities to process multiple company payrolls, related reports, and budgets while also compiling records for tax filing, voluntary and involuntary deductions including levies and garnishments.

Reconcile and enter daily client cash remittances. Create and maintain client accounts and billing generation. Resolve client questions and concerns. Compile and prepare month end reconciliation reports.
