I am a Bachelor of Commerce student majoring in Finance and Gender Studies. I enjoy the variation between my two majors and love having this diversity in my studies.I have developed my interpersonal and problem-solving skills through various roles in hospitality and retail. From managing customer requests and multi-tasking to training new staff, I have developed a strong sense of customer service and attention to detail.In my academic life, I am developing essential and in-depth finance skills, as well as exploring the impact of gender and sexualities on society. I am particularly interested in the intersection between these two topics and how one can influence the other. As I continue to grow and learn, I am excited to explore new opportunities and contribute to innovative, inclusive organizations.Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I am an avid gym-goer and ex-gymnast. Both these hobbies have been an incredible outlet for me to challenge myself physically and mentally. This drive also translates to other aspects of my life, including my studies and career goals. Both the gym and gymnastics have taught me valuable skills such as goal-setting, perseverance, and confidence.
