I ran a small team and assisted my Manager in running the broader Client Aquisition team. I was responsible for individual and team sales KPIs; overseeing team’s sales processes; generating team culture; interviewing candidates and assisting with recruitment; team training, development and performance management. I received management training on motivation, dispute management, managing different personalities, identifying skill gaps, feedback, trust, executive presence and goal setting.

Responsible for managing the end to end sales process including lead generation, meetings and online demonstrations, liaising with professionals from a variety of sectors, managing trial contracts, tender applications and negotiating contracts with key executives.

ProForce offers graduate and executive sales recruitment and training. My position included business development, account management and growth. I worked with clients to deliver graduate recruitment placements and training programs, assisting them to design roles and structure their teams to increase performance and profitability. I received formal training on Professional Communication, Sales and Negotiation from the registered training organisation arm.

I facilitated recruitment for the graduate sales division. I interviewed graduate candidates; ran assessment days including assessment exercises, psychometric testing and delivering presentations to large graduate groups; wrote candidate personality profiles and job advertisements; provided performance feedback and liased with clients and candidates to facilitate the interview process and transaction.
